1. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Upload only broadcast material you own or have explicit commercial licenses to stream. Unauthorized re-broadcasting of copyrighted satellite channels, sporting events, or commercial movies will result in immediate content removal and channel suspension.

2. Regulatory & Legal Compliance

All content published on HDTV Bharat must strictly comply with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) regulations, Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, and relevant local broadcasting legislation.

3. Prohibited Content

• Hate speech or content inciting violence against any community or religious group.
• Misleading news reporting or unverified sensationalism.
• Explicit, adult, or non-consensual graphic media.
• Malicious code, spam, or deceptive metadata designed to gaming search indexes.

4. Enforcement

Violations trigger a progressive warning system:
Strike 1: Warning & Video Takedown | Strike 2: 14-day Stream Ban | Strike 3: Permanent Account & Channel Termination.
