Creators must own or have legal rights, licenses, or written permissions to distribute all uploaded content including music, visuals, scripts, and trademarks. Uploading copyrighted material without authorization is strictly prohibited.
The following content is not allowed on HdtvBharat: • Copyright-infringing material • Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content • Pornographic or sexually explicit material • Graphic violence or extreme gore • Terrorism-related or unlawful content • Fraud, scams, or misleading financial promotions • Content violating Indian laws or IT regulations
Creators must maintain respectful communication, avoid misinformation, and ensure factual accuracy in news or informational content. Harmful or misleading narratives may lead to removal or account suspension.
Monetization eligibility depends on compliance with platform policies, minimum watch hours, and engagement thresholds. Revenue may be generated through ads, subscriptions, sponsorships, or premium content access.
All uploaded content may be subject to automated or manual review. HdtvBharat reserves the right to remove, demonetize, restrict visibility, or suspend accounts that violate policies.
Users may report content that violates community guidelines. Creators may submit appeals if content is removed. Final decisions remain at the discretion of HdtvBharat moderation teams.
Creators must respect user privacy and may not publish personal information without consent. Collection of user data through content must comply with applicable data protection laws.
All content must comply with the Information Technology Act, Digital Media Ethics Code, and other applicable Indian laws and regulations.
HdtvBharat reserves the right to update these guidelines periodically. Continued content publication constitutes acceptance of revised policies.
